Their online portal is very good for keeping track of the case but their communication is very hit or miss. I don't have faith that they are doing everything they can to process my sale prior to stamp duty

The portal system is very good and keeps you up dated on where you are with your purchase and anything that is required or outstanding.

Completely misled do not trust the quotes

Our quotes are all-inclusive and we do not have any hidden fees, however if any of the information is changed throughout the transaction, you may incur fees which were not initially accounted for in the quote (such as leasehold purchases or using gifted deposits). When requesting a quote it’s best to use the most accurate information so you are provided with the most accurate quote for your move.
