You have to work hard to get contact, but if you do, they do make contact back.

Would not choose if I do it all again. Their portal system is easy to use but communication was appalling. Vendor solicitors had to contact them multiple times before getting through and documents were lost in the email ether and not forwarded to the conveyancer.

Hard work - on the run up to completion the company were seemingly only just getting into things. One example of this involved a phone call wrongly stating we owed hundreds of pounds pre completion and that no further work would be carried out until this was paid - only to be corrected in an email the next day. Online system is nice and useable but it doesn’t work for all uploaded documents so these are annoyingly only viewable if you buy the extra printed pack

I used this company again having been happy with the service received when buying my home in 2019, this was a mistake. The service provided was very poor. It was very difficult to reach anyone by phone and voicemails and emails often went ignored. I had to make a complaint twice about the rude and argumentative attitudes of 2 different staff members, these complaints also went ignored. Overall I regret using the company to deal with my sale and I've been told by 2 different estate agents that they've had many issues with the company also. I'm confident that the lack of communication and general attitude of the staff resulted in my completion taking longer than it should have.
