Mixed bag of employees, some were exceptional and could not be better but I had the miss fortune of one other who was useless and kept telling me the wrong information, which caused more stress. I would use again but would only speak to the good people.

Very slow. I had to constantly chase after them to get feedback. Emails go unanswered and telephone calls don't get returned. After the poor service experience I used a different company for my subsequent home sale.

Really good service, some great on line feature, but a little slow to act at times. It all fairness they probably cost us a fortnight in terms in when we'll be able to move.

Very poor and slow performance. You get set up after 2 days and that is where progress ends. 8 weeks later they still hadn't forwarded the Freehold title deed to the buyer of the property. 1 week of no response to emails and calls. They are far over burdened and need to spend more money on employing conveyancers than taking on new business. Baffled at how they got so many good ratings and awards.

LOVED the online portal (eway) that First Property Lawyers use as it was intuitive to use and easy to track the progress of the case. Moreover, it was backed up by an office based team who always picked up the phone promptly and gave clear answers. Special thanks to Rachel Howell who managed our case with no complications.
