Premier property lawyers were initially very good and informative but over time, they became less and less responsive and didn't mention that there were the additional fees to pay if exchange and completion were within three days of each other, which felt slightly sneaky.

For the expedition fee, there is a note from the offset on the financial statement detailing this is applicable if exchange and completion occurs within three days. The process was fairly painless apart from my buyer making it a rather long one. Laura kept me informed at all stages and we eventually got there.

Sometimes needed to be chased to get things done especially getting ready for exchange and completion. This got a bit messy and had to make constant phone calls as forms to our LISA accounts were late

Very efficient and friendly service. The online tracking platform is good but does require some modernisation as some buttons just refuse to work etc. Great if you prefer to communicate by email predominantly, but wouldn’t be suited to those who want to speak to person by phone daily as it’s often difficult to get through.
