not happy at all they broke my dining glass dining table and then said it was flimsy anyway..didn't connect my washing machine properly and it flooded my kitchen the next day..and also didn't assemble my daughters cot properly had to get it refitted and they also broke my bed frame and claimed it was already broken and decided to leave it outside the front door I was really stressed out and oh also forgot to mention the move was originally booked for Friday but got a phone call half an hour early on the day saying lads can't make it it will have to be tomorrow..very unprofessional when I got the quote the price was a bit too good to be true and that's what it was exactly cheap and unreliable it felt as if the lads just wanted to do the job as fast as they could and leave..an experience I shall never forget and will not be using them again

Hi, my response to this customer is that she was a very nice young lady, and should not be leaving my company a review like this after all we did to help her out. Firstly, her dining table top broke as it was already falling apart, which she was made aware of by my staff. Secondly, her bed was in very bad condition with half the slats missing. Thirdly, she was advised that her cot could not be fixed, as more than half the screws were missing beforehand. Lastly, out of the kindness of our heart we charged this young lady half price, as that was all she could afford. It was agreed we would move her either Friday or Saturday on our terms and conditions, and we would give her at least 3-4 hours’ notice as we did. We gave her a call Friday around lunch time to advise her we would be moving her on Saturday. As the job was to help her out, we still cut no corners and sent 4 staff members and the right size vehicle as it’s not always about the money. She was advised by myself about everything, regarding timing and her furniture etc. I have since tried to call her to talk to her, and to see if there is anything we can do for her, but she has not returned our call. Last thing, what I have forgot to reply on was the washing machine; the waste pipe needed a tightening clip, and she was advised not to use the machine until it was fitted, otherwise there could be leaks. But like all the other things did she listen, no – and by the way when the lads left she was very happy, and she said I understand the table was flimsy and already falling apart and gave the lads a tip. The guys were very good and carried out their work with efficiency. Nothing was broken, Nas was there all the way ensuring the move was conducted well. He also periodically checked how we wanted things done. Whats great is he doesn't ask you to pay him until everything has been moved and you are happy with outcome. He even offered myself and husband sine lunch which was really tasty.

Amateur. The firm passed this onto a different firm without any consultation. Totally incompetent. Damaged a brand new sofa that was still in its wrapping. All communications apart from quote done by text message. He has refused to contact me regards insurance for damaged goods, also a painting damaged. Neighbors at both ends all commented on the poor service they witnessed. Avoid at all costs.

I was not well the night before this gentlemen removal so we were a driver short, this was around 7pm so rather than let the client down at such short notice we got another reputable company to move the client. We also forked out an extra £150 from our own pocket as the other company charged a lot more than us. On the day of the removal the other company bent over backwards for this gentlemen but nothing was too good for him he wanted everything done his own way and just would not listen or take the move managers advise. The move manager advised he had over ten years experience in the removals industry and not to interfere and let them carry out the work properly, he just would not listen, I commend the move manager for putting up with this gentleman and finishing his job. As it is evident from our previous reviews we have done quite well, but as they say you can't keep them all happy. I also spoke to the client and advised him that if you have any issues or problems the move manager would be happy to help, and the move manager also advised me if there were any issues he would be happy to help, but the client had not got back in contact with us.
