They were incredible! Horatio and his colleague were simply amazing... I've recommended Intercity to several people since we moved and written a blog post about them. They seemed to have boundless energy - nothing was too much trouble, even though when they turned up (half hour early, whoop!) we were still frantically packing and after they'd packed up most of the house, they helped pack the last bits too. Not once did they complain. I would absolutely use them again, and will, next time we move.

We had George and his colleague help us with the move. They were really good and did it all with smiles on their faces. It was a shame the van sent was too small and we had to fill 4 cars as well, this was partly down to the estimate being done over the phone but all items to be transported were described so we didn't expect to do so much of the moving ourselves. Would rather have paid a bit extra for a larger vehicle so we could have had a stress free day.

I understand that it was done this way because of the tight schedule and was the only option at the time. They were brilliant from start to finish. Two men came round to assess and quote, explaining everything they would do, and how the process would work. We discussed a packing service, and agreed a part-packing service in the end. The packers were fast and efficient. The vans were loaded at a phenomenal rate, and nothing was too much for them all. They were all polite, hardworking, efficient and cheerful. Couldn't wish for a better removal company, to be honest.

Excellent service by this company at great price. Nothing too much trouble for the removal guys who helped a big move go smoothly. Would wholeheartedly recommend and will use again.

Was a little apprehensive at first, as I was away on a long holiday, when I sold my house, and needed to organise the move from abroad. but no need as the two men and vans turned up on time, did an excellent job loading the van, in a very professional way. Very polite and professional removal men. Highly recommended.
