We had George and his colleague help us with the move. They were really good and did it all with smiles on their faces. It was a shame the van sent was too small and we had to fill 4 cars as well, this was partly down to the estimate being done over the phone but all items to be transported were described so we didn't expect to do so much of the moving ourselves. Would rather have paid a bit extra for a larger vehicle so we could have had a stress free day.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our service and take a keen interest in any ways we might improve it. I think the problem here lay with the survey that was undertaking over the phone. I understand that it was done this way because of the tight schedule and was the only option at the time. They were brilliant from start to finish. Two men came round to assess and quote, explaining everything they would do, and how the process would work. We discussed a packing service, and agreed a part-packing service in the end. The packers were fast and efficient. The vans were loaded at a phenomenal rate, and nothing was too much for them all. They were all polite, hardworking, efficient and cheerful. Couldn't wish for a better removal company, to be honest.

Excellent service by this company at great price. Nothing too much trouble for the removal guys who helped a big move go smoothly. Would wholeheartedly recommend and will use again.

Was a little apprehensive at first, as I was away on a long holiday, when I sold my house, and needed to organise the move from abroad. but no need as the two men and vans turned up on time, did an excellent job loading the van, in a very professional way. Very polite and professional removal men. Highly recommended.

This company is really adaptable. We had 6 changes of dates during the completion process and they bent over backwards to accommodate us. They were extremely supportive when the whole process got very stressful

I have to say Intercity were excellent. We had a move from Cardiff to Leicester and they were willing to do the move for us in a day. George in the office was very helpful and patient as solicitors to-ed and fro-ed with completion dates for our move. On the day itself, the guys were so hardworking and careful (and lovely with our 2 very young children who said "this is the BEST DAY of my life ever" (!) ) . When we arrived in Leicester I have to say that the guys more than went the extra mile. There was no electricity at the property which we discovered as we arrived...and just as it was starting to get dark. Until we tracked the energy provider down, they even unloaded the vans into the house by torch, candles and fairy lights!! Lloyd seemed to find solutions for everything, was totally unflappable and always had a smile on his face. They really were brilliant and can thoroughly recommend Intercity.
