It’s a fantastic company and I thank God I was able to use the company. The two gentlemen did a very good. At first I was quite worried then later the job was done so perfectly. I will recommend this company to anyone. They took their time and not in a rush.

Fantastic service end to end. I believe that moving house is one of the most stressful things someone can do, but I have to say... our move day was not stressful at all and that's mostly thanks to Sure Removals. Hussien kicked off our conversations, gave a competitive quote but most importantly (for me anyway), was a clearly trustworthy guy - taking the time to answer my seemingly endless questions and staying patient when our move date moved multiple times. On the day Silvio and Marius turned up on time, ready to crack on and loaded everything carefully and quickly! On the way to our new house, we got the call saying we could collect keys but we were still over an hour way. I called Silvio who said 'take your time, drive safe', a statement that really stuck with me. It's in their interest to get things done quickly but they didn't rush us. When we arrived, the guys got to work and unloaded everything with the same care and speed as when they loaded. Fantastic. Lastly: the price quoted was exactly the price. Nothing hidden, no small print. Perfect!

It was a nightmare, our possessions were on the street. They moved two houses we owned into one. We prepaid for a complete packing and removal service and they didn’t pack everything, left whole rooms unpacked in one house, underestimated the vehicles needed and as the purchasers banged on our front door shouting “ this is our house” we couldn’t reach them by phone as finally ( despite warnings the day before) they were trying to find other firms that could let them hire a van. It was a total nightmare and we are anxious about the consequences of their unprofessional approach. They heard us being shouted at through the door for not vacating early enough but had no vehicles or solution. I don’t want anyone to experience the stress they put us through. It was a move from hell because we used them. They believe that they should not reimburse a penny as they finally moved us in the same day ( despite hours with our possessions on the street). It was 9pm at night and we moved 18 mins down the road. Please don’t use this company.
Thank you for your comments, we do appreciate both positive and negative feedback to improve our level of service. Your move was a multiple vehicle service due to the size of the two houses being emptied, unfortunately there was a miscalculation from our surveyor which equated to one transit vans worth. As all vehicles were on the road on your move day, and no rental companies having vehicles available, we had to wait for a vehicle to finish a separate service which arrived at 2pm and was loaded by 2.30pm. As we began offloading it became apparent that not all items were going to fit comfortably in the new property, the move was from 2x 3 bedroom houses going into a 4 bedroom house. Once our team realised the issue with offloading we had advised to allow us to offload the larger furniture first, then the smaller furniture/boxes after. This did mean some furniture that had already been offloaded inside the house to be taken outside on the driveway to allow larger items to fit in. If this was not done then not all items would have been able to fit inside the house, and there would have been no room to move items into place. Whilst we did finish very late on your move day this was mainly due to having to move items 3/4 times to find more space. The crew were more than happy to stay until you were satisfied with the offload and ensure all items were reassembled for you that night. Wow!, I have moved houses several times in the past and these guys were fast and efficient at both ends, friendly and happy to accommodate any extra requests, much better than previous experiences.

They were responsive, helpful and seemed to totally get the frustrations and difficulties of moving within London. We had to push the move back due to some work on the new place taking longer to finish and they were so great about this and made it so easy. My partner was the one there on moving day and couldn't sing their praises higher. The movers were efficient, quick and had great attitudes. We've found the old saying that moving is one of the most stressful things you can do incredibly true, but Sure made the physically moving bit the easiest part.
