The guys did a great job, were very careful with my furniture and really good humored. Their cheerful and courteous attitude made the day go smoothly and took the stress out of it.

All the young men were polite, couldn't do enough for us. We were not allowed to help lift, carry etc. They left everything, neat and tidy. I have no problem with recommending this company to anyone. Good value for money. Arrived on time, excellent. Thank you very much.

Appalling experience. Lads on the day very polite but most completely inexperienced. I felt they had under estimated the size of the job and the vehicle required. Packed the day before move but actually left a lot of things unpacked. Whole cupboards not even looked in. Furniture stored on lorry overnight for move the following day. It poured with rain. At destination it was apparent that there was a leak in lorry roof (clearly visible at front of roof, where an attempt had been made to repair it with gaffer tape). Water had been steadily pouring in all night and day. So much of my treasured furniture has been ruined. Mattresses soaked, leather sofa ruined, pictures, books, bedding. Other items had been damaged independently. I think because they felt rushed. Nothing was protected with covers, despite me being told it would. There were not enough hanging rails for clothes ( the lads to,d me the company only had 2). My clothes were literally stuffed crumpled into card board boxes. Suits, jackets all treated with no respect. My electrical goods have been ruined as many got soaked. When I phoned to complain I was met with anger and hostility. There is really nothing good I can say about my experience. I have lost things that can be replaced but many things that can't. This company should be avoided at all costs.

Friendly people where nothing seemed to be any trouble. Even agreed to water my plants for me whilst my belongings were in storage with them!

Good packers & movers. The survey was way off and I had to pay extra.
The extra charge of £50 was to dismantle and re-assemble a wardrobe, desk and a bookcase. When we surveyed the property we asked the customer if they would like us to dismantle or themselves, we was advised that they would dismantle, (our survey sheet noted that the customer was dismantling everything).
