We specialise in conducting Homebuyers Reports and Building Surveys but will gladly utilise our vast experience to tailor a report to your specific needs.

Our Homebuyers Report will provide you with a snapshot of the general condition of the property and distinguish what aspects of the property would need further, more in-depth investigation.

Our Building Survey is a more comprehensive, detailed investigation of a property, which is suitable for all houses but recommended for older more unusual properties. This survey is the most thorough one available and will examine all parts of the house that are accessible.

We can also provide a service for Mortgage Valuations and, if you are selling your home, an Energy Performance Certificate. Whatever survey it is you need – we have the expertise available to provide you a high quality service that meets your requirements.

The report did not come back within the timescale promised and when chased we got absolutely no response to calls and e-mails until the report eventually arrived some days late saying they had IT issues. I asked for the house-buyers report which I appreciate is not a full survey but the level of inspection appeared to be very limited and referred me to seek expert further guidance from a third party on so many aspects of the property due to being unable to inspect for varying reasons. Having moved house on many occasions this is the least informative report I have received.

Our client is correct in that the report was not received back within out expected turn around time. Unfortunately, we had suffered a fraud which had effectively closed down our IT system and delayed not just the Customer but many other clients as well. As regards the content of the report, it fully complies with the Terms and Conditions as agreed. Further guidance from a third party was only recommended with regards to the electrical and gas installations. Legally, we cannot comment beyond a visual inspection on many service installations simply because we are not qualified so to do. Our surveyors are neither qualified electricians or gas safe engineers and therefore we do on occasion recommend a further inspection. In this case, it was more precautionary than because a specific fault had been found but nevertheless I felt it was necessary to err on the side of caution

Absolutely rubbish service. I only went with this company because they promised they'd get the report to me within a week. It ended up being 4 days late which delayed my house buying process and annoyed my solicitor and the house seller. The report itself provided no further information than what I ascertained from walking around the property myself for 10 minutes. I then complained to the company and received no reply. What a horrendous, parasitic company. DO NOT USE.

The Customer is correct in one respect. The report was a little outside of our normal turnaround time. The inspection took place on Monday, 11 June with the report being issued on of 19 June. Our normal turnaround is 5 to 7 working days. Had we been made aware of the urgency, then matters could have been expedited. It would only have taken a phone call. Unfortunately the customer not appear to have studied the terms and conditions she agreed to. These clearly state what will be contained within the report. Had more detail being required, this could easily have been provided.

If you read the negative comments about Adrian there is some truth in them, but you have to remember that you are paying less so you don’t have a team of a dozen or more people with dedicated roles for surveying / admin / customer service. If your patient, give him a few days, chase him yourself and have a chat with the guy you’ll find you get a more helpful and personable service if you go with a larger company. Because there not dedicated roles (i.e. you don’t speak to someone in customer service about the survey) you get someone who will offer you a better service. I got some great post-survey support and would use him again. Be patient and you’ll be rewarded!

Generally very good, efficient service - a number of the issues they raised on the homebuyers report were not actual issues but things they had been unable to survey or were not qualified to survey

Not the easiest to get hold of report could have been more detailed many reasons as to why this that and the other couldn't be looked at. Personally I wish I spent a little more
