Rod was very helpful. We needed the survey doing quickly because of tight time scales. Rod gained access to the property as soon as he could and we received telephone feedback immediately after the valuation had been done. Very pleasant and helpful surveyor, would definitely recommend and use again.

Rod was great to work with. He was very busy during the spring period but managed to fit us in within a week of us asking for a full buildings survey. We had a preliminary verbal report from him with hundreds of photographs sent to us to depict what we had discussed. He was able to give us ballpark figures for work which needed to be done. His full report was prompt and very thorough. He gave us great advice throughout and actually helped us from spending hundreds of thousands of pounds on a house which was essentially falling down despite a lovely interior. Thanks!
