I am still dealing with Mr Stradling re the property he surveyed on my behalf. After a long telephone call from him where he pointed out the existance of faults which could have been difficult/expensive/impossible to put right, and expressing serious doubts on the valuation and later saleability of the property I have decided to withdraw my offer and am looking for other property in the area. I shall certainly be using Mr Stradling's services again.
