Yes, the sales assistant focused on the fact I wanted a valuation more than the fact I wanted a full survey. I was recommended the home buyer survey and as such have had to get a second survey conducted to be more in depth

Super helpful, and answered all questions promptly. The Depth of detail in the report was intimidating for a first time buyer, but was really helpful in making a decision on whether to continue.

Really good company to work with, once the instruction was made, an appointment was very quickly sorted with estate agents to view the property. Detailed response within five working days as promised, with a lot of good quality images and information allowing myself to make a more informed decision. I did however feel in places that a more risk averse stance was taken then was necessary, but they are looking out for my best interests so prefer that then missing things.
