Easy to understand and quick email contact. Comprehensive and detailed survey. Definitely with the money.

They promise to provide the survey findings within 5 working days, I waited until day 6 and when I hadn't received anything I sent an email to chase. As soon as they were prompted they sent everything straight away and responded to my queries. I spoke to the surveyor on the phone to clarify a few points and he was very helpful and friendly, very good value for money.

This company is awful, not happy at all with what I recieved very unprofessional. Cheep for a reason..

Very straightforward and professional service in arranging the survey. The detail and quality of the report were great, and being able to talk on the phone with the surveyor was invaluable - stopped us from making a very big mistake!
