Abigail was great - friendly and proactive, she called me as soon as they had a cancellation so I could do my survey earlier. The survey took a little longer to come back than I expected (7 working days) but they apologised and kept me up to date about when I could expect it. The surveyor (Naseem) was brilliant and was happy to explain the report over the phone and answer any questions. Highly recommended.

Morgan was very helpful and managed to get us a cancellation slot to undertake the survey the next day and the quote was very reasonable especially considering the short lead in time compared to other companies (c1-2 weeks). Final report was provided within 5 working days so from request to full report took a total of 1 week which as very impressive. We did request a summary of findings prior to the full report which we were told would be provided within 24 hours of the survey, but this took several days in the end. However, considering the very quick overall turn around from request to full results, we were very happy with the service overall. Final report was easy to read, clear and provided cost estimates and repair advice where appropriate which was very helpful. Pictures throughout of issues and diagrams/descriptions explaining technical terms used was also very helpful for us. We would thoroughly recommend Cosey Homes.

Excellent efficient and good value for money

Cosey Homes were very friendly and very helpful. Their availability times were also good. Morgan was our first point of contact and she was great, she made everything easy. Gavin was our surveyor and he did an excellent job, looking into great detail at the property (we chose a full building survey) and having his verbal survey afterwards, to explain things on the full report we would receive was great. We would definitely recommend Cosey Homes.
