Never able to get replies to questions following the survey even after making initial contact and receiving assurances of further action.

I thought this was a guaranteed Five Stars. Comprehensive Homebuyer Report. Survey turned around promptly. Defects identified and explained in the report and on the telephone (at great length!). Purchase took several months to complete - Survey dates from MAY 2016. There is no "G.JONES" working for this organisation?

The initial email quote from Peter Jones said reports are usually produced within 48-72 hours. We received our report one week after the survey, after chasing it up. Peter's email also said he was always happy to discuss any findings. After receiving the report on the Wednesday afternoon and a further addition to the report on the thursday we tried to contact Peter on the friday to discuss a number of points. We have had no response despite leaving a number of messages on his mobile and office numbers. I am therefore less than satisfied with the service as I feel being able to discuss any findings is a key part of the process.

Reports are usually issued within two to three days. In this instance, the instruction was altered the day before the Building Survey, to add a full Market Valuation to the service. This incurred extra office time. A call was made to the client, following the survey on 27th July, as promised, with a brief report on the condition. The full report was issued on 3rd August (within six working days). It is unfortunate that in this instance the client was unable to contact us, as we do make ourselves available for discussion, often out of normal office hours and at weekends, as many clients would confirm.

From the very beginning Peter was so helpful and understanding and answered all my questions leaving me very confident in my choice. The survey was completed quickly and report produced promptly.again any questions I had after we're quickly answered. I would highly recommend them .
