Great service, turned around report within a week and was great value for money

I would like to express my gratitude to Deborah and Mr Kelly for their great service and support. They were very competitively priced, managed to get the survey completed ahead of scheduled, and produced a report that was easy to digest and action. I would highly recommend their services.

The communication was quick and efficient, they had nearest availability in two weeks and the report came back in 3 working days. I asked for a few specific questions to be passed on to the surveyor but they weren't all addressed in the report which is the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise the service was just as expected and at a good price - the report also includes a valuation and their quote was the second cheapest I found (the others didn't include a valuation). Can recommend.

They restored my faith in surveyors - our previous survey for our current home was a joke, however Kelly Associates provided an incredibly detailed and thorough report with some really insightful recommendations. The level of expertise and industry knowledge surpassed my expectations! Will use them again if we move in the future.

From the beginning, the service was flawless. Information was detailed, communication was clear and timely and the survey report itself was carried out in a thorough manner; it was well-explained and John did a fantastic job- the attention to detail and information was extremely useful. The survey report itself was top tier, I've had surveys in the past that have been awful with a clear lack of experience and photos etc. However, this report was incredibly detailed and provided plenty of photos, you could tell the surveyor was very professional and experienced in his field. I expressed my concerns with the property and they investigated my particular concerns in greater depth. I will be recommending Kellys to friends & family.

Fast and efficient

It has been a pleasure dealing with Autumn and John. They provided a comprehensive report with pictures and estimated costs of repairs. It covered everything we needed and the areas that were of concern to us were addressed. I highly recommend Kelly Associates.
