I engaged Kelly Associates for an RICS Level 3 Survey (Building Survey) and am indeed satisfied with the depth and value of the report. The company was prompt to schedule the survey appointment and communicate appropriately. The details of the report help with making a more informed decision about the property offer. That said, the survey price is the most competitive of all I have seen. Would definitely re-use the company and can recommend it to others.

Highly recommend this company, had a cancellation appointment a week later, had a full comprehensive report the following week, as promised. The whole process took about 2 weeks and I am very happy with everything.

they were professional and courteous during the process. Once the report was delivered (which happened the following day as agreed), then they didn't reply back to my emails, which is a bit disappointing, as I had questions about the survey itself.
The surveyor was on annual leave and responded to the question as soon as he returned which was the following week.

Extremely comprehensive and detailed report, very pleased with the level of detail which really helped to give us an idea of the condition of the house we bought ahead of moving forward. Deborah was very quick to reply to messages and the report was delivered on time and within the allocated time. Overall very happy to recommend this company.
