Very efficient and good value survey. Only let down at the last by the survey being sent across slightly later than first indicated

We would recommend this company as they were very efficient. Our surveyor John Kelly gave a very concise survey report and also answered our questions concerning it promptly. Marie was very helpful when setting up the appointment and was also prompt with any questions that arose. All in all a very professional company to deal with.

They were great and very professional. Once the survey was complete the Surveyor (Paul) was very responsive in answering questions I had. As a FTB this was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend to any friends/family.

All communications were good between Deborah and me. It was all done via email. Survey took place a week and a half after I accepted the quote. The survey arrangement was arranged between the surveyor and the estate agent; I was pleased not to be involved for this. The survey received via email a week after the survey took place and it was well detailed and fairly easy to understand.

Really friendly, and very fast as getting the survey booked in. Very helpful, answered all of my questions. Was also able to go and meet the surveyor at the end of the survey, and email/phone them once the report had come through. Would highly recommend.
