Excellent customer service. Was happy with the report and Deborah dealt with a difficult situation superbly, getting us a very quick turnaround when we needed it. Would recommend.

Really good service and arranged a speedy survey for me. Was very quick in answering my questions to determine what survey I wanted, and survey conducted and written up very quickly over the Christmas period. Survey report is clear, easy to understand, full of pictures and makes some good and realistic assessments. They were very helpful in answering follow up questions too. On top of that a really competitive quote. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, top class service across the board.

A very thorough and detailed building survey was delivered on time at a competitive price. The surveyor was more than happy or answer a few questions after aswell which was very helpful.

There was a slight delay in responding when I first instructed them, however overall they are very responsive and prompt. Delivery of the HomeBuyer report was much faster than I expected - the surveyor visited the property on a Tuesday and the report is provided on the Friday. Detailed report and easy to follow. They have taken actions to address my special concerns.
