All staff were excellent, i communicated with Mikaela and Deborah - both were really prompt, professional and polite. I really liked the fact that they showed you an example homebuyers report they produce so you knew exactly what you would get - my survey matched this perfectly. I was really pleased as they managed to squeeze me in 2 weeks sooner than they first estimated! I was really pleased with the survey written for the house i am buying, the surveyor spotted some important bits we had not noticed and the builders are rectifying this before we move in. Overall, i was very pleased with L&C and do 100% recommend them.

Very Impressive - good communication and they did exactly as stated. I received my report on day 5 on a weekend and was very pleased with the content. They even moved the date forward which assisted us. An excellent choice for anyone looking for a Home buyer report

This Company is impressive in regards to Its Timeframe, report and communication. Among the Company I've researched, they are constantly replying to my question and had a good customer care service. I find the report professionally sufficient in meeting my requirements. For every section with highlighted condition rating plus budget cost, it helps me to set an allocated budget for undertaking any work.

I had some follow up questions after the survey and I have been waiting about 4 weeks now I still didn't get any reply after calling them twice. I was told the surveyor is too busy to talk to me. I fell let down and I wish went with different company now.
