The process was seamless, the company managed to contact the estate agent, arrange a suitable time on the proposed date and was able to deliver the report on the same day.

Very prompt & detailed email correspondance. Report & follow up emails told us what we needed to know about the property. Missed out on a check of the building's roof because access to wasn't provided to an upstairs flat - could have perhaps communicated better with the agent about this.
