The surveyor was extremely helpful from first contact to submission of the report and in follow up discussions. He emailed the executive summary very quickly with the full report 2 days later. Very comprehensive and identified a number of potential issues that we hadn't seen. Fully discussed over the phone and was able to obtain summary estimates for the works. Purchase proved abortive but we will definitely be using this firm for the next potential purchase.

Oliver gave us a really clear breakdown of costs. He arranged the survey quickly and was very efficient. The report was back to me within four days of the visit. I'm really happy with the service I received and would be happy to recommend him.
