I have a mixed opinion about this company. Firstly, the full survey was very comprehensive and impressive from that point of view; however, the surveyor seemed to be over-zealous in his analysis of issues and I felt as though he was just adding things that ‘could’ have been an issue to cover himself, rather than giving me an honest opinion. It made it very hard for me to know who to trust and I had to consult others for second/third opinions to come to a conclusion about whether I needed to worry (which in most cases I didn’t!) This was a good value survey compared with others, but I probably wouldn’t use this firm again.
