Very polite, swift to respond, good communication throughout, quick time frame to book home buyer survey in, sellers commented on how polite yet thorough the surveyor Danille Hutchinson was. Report turnround was just a couple of days, report content was clear, concise and loved the summery at the end consolation all suggeted actions required by the Solicitors following the report. Would recommend this company and they were great from start to report receipt. Quick and efficient. Should have got a level 2 survey as they couldn't do a full level 3 as I'm not yet the legal owner but what they did do was comprehensive.
