Really happy with the service provided. All communications were responded to in a very timely fashion and Ian visited the property within a week of the request. The report is very comprehensive and easy to understand. There are also photos included to support each point/issue. Ian also states if you have any questions about the report then please contact him so he can clarify, which is good to know. I am really pleased I chose to use Ian Bridge Consultancy, I can't fault them.

Very quick to book the survey

We are first time buyers and got 4 quotes from really moving. Ian was the only one who promised to give us a quick turnaround and he kept his promise( all other surveyors had opening dates after 15 days). He was able to provide us with a comprehensive report the day after visiting the site. He even sent in a brief overview the same day of survey to enable us to start negotiating with the estate agent. The report was very well written and easy to understand. I would highly recommend Ian to anyone wanting to go for a survey.
