Phillip Cole offered a fantastic service. Phillip was easy to contact, all paperwork was done via e-mail and he made it clear that he was available to discuss any issues arising. He took a detailed approach to our homebuyer survey and made recommendations for next steps or future fixes that would be appropriate. We have and will continue to recommend to friends.

Phillip was responsive, professional and courteous throughout the process. The level 3 report is extremely detailed and, in my opinion, very good value for money (also, the report was received on the third working day after the survey, which was 2 days sooner than expected). I highly recommend Phillip and would not hesitate to use him again should the need arise in the future.

We were very pleased with the indepth details on the survey including photos of relevant areas, Phillip kept us informed via email of every step.
