Phillip was really helpful from first contact as discussing my survey and taking on board any specific concerns I had (localized cracking, asbestos garage etc). The survey was booked to be carried out within a few days of the our initial conversation & instruction. The report was extremely detailed with advice and recommended courses of action for any items highlighted. The after care was excellent as well. Phillip took a number of my calls and was happy to discuss specific issues & concerns I had. I would recommend to anybody looking for a surveyor.

I am very happy with Phillip's detailed full survey, plenty of pictures, advice, and detail. Phillip was also available over both e-mail and phone to answer questions that we had about the survey and kindly provided a recommendation for a structural engineer. Would highly recommend.
