Phillip Cole was a professional and efficient building surveyor. He kept us informed throughout the whole process and provided us with a really detailed report for the house we are purchasing, which gave us a full picture of what we needed to rectify before we move in.

Although not the cheapest quote I received I do believe massively in “You get what you pay for”.
