Professional, High quality, I highly recommend I looked around online for a building survey quote for a property I am looking to buy. I had a few quotes from different companies but TMB Estate Consultancy ltd was one of the cheapest quote I found. The report was received 4 days after the survey and it was detailed, professional quality and well structured and easy to follow. Mark was able to fulfil the survey a LOT quicker than all other quotes, was very competitive, but more importantly very thorough with his survey, looking for extra details a previous survey did not pick up, He was also happy to provide follow on feedback and answer questions.
