Easy to arrange, but... multiple issues were flagged to the surveyor when they arrived & as going around. None of these were in the report until we flagged it & we have since noticed more issues which should have been raised.

I liked this company not just because they had the lowest quote but they were more local to us unlike the others who were all based in London. The quote was clear and they weren’t pushy like other companies. Contact with Casey with easy via email and she got the survey booked in with the property no problem. Another reason I liked this company was because they did not ask for money before the report was published, all others told me I needed to pay it to book it in. The report was very thorough and informative. I would definitely recommend them to anybody buying.

They were great. Very fast turn around time getting the survey done then to getting the results. Email communication was rapid and I was called straight after the survey to discuss the main point before receiving the final report.

Quick search, thorough and I was able to ask questions afterwards to clarify anything I was unsure about. Can't fault them.
