We were lucky to get a cancellation so it all went ahead really quickly and seemed thorough. The surveyor was also available to answer questions I had about the survey report once I'd received it. Ideally they would have added the answers as clarifications into the document itself, so it was all in one place, but overall it was a really good service.

Explained the process well, completed the survey very quickly, we are yet to receive the formal report as it only took place 5 days ago, but we were given and informal summary on the phone straight away. Only negative is the relative radio silence in the meantime - it would be nice to get a confirmation that our report is being drafted, but that’s just splitting hairs.
