Efficient and helpful

Excellent company to deal with from start to finish. Delighted at how simple the entire process was; this has been the easiest part of the house-buying process. The report I received is very well written and will be a useful reference for years to come. Glad I didn't just rely on the mortgage survey as the Westside surveyor highlighted some significant issues that needed to be investigated - I wouldn't have known this otherwise. Actually relieved that I got Westside Services involved!

Great service, very responsive, booked the survey within the week and I had the report back within the timescales. I also got a phone call straight after the visit which was really handy. I would definitely recommend.

Being first time buyers it was a great relief to find such an outstanding company to put our trust into. Casey was professional and efficient throughout the whole process. She kept us informed and always responded promptly to any queries we had. On the day of the survey, the surveyor Robert called us immediately afterwards to give his initial thoughts on the property and offer to answer any questions we had. We received the report within the agreed time frame and it was clear and concise for us to understand. Again, which were grateful for considering our lack of experience. We would highly recommend Westside Services and would definitely use them again in the future.
