I have been absolutely delighted with the level of service I have received from Juno. The team are knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly responsive. Customer service is really good, but unfortunately, you never speak with any member of the team, even when the deadlines approach and you really need a quick response; customer service only passes the message, and you have to wait for ages: I almost lost the purchase. Oh, and they lost some signed papers from buyer and seller because for some reason they decided to post via First Class, rather than Tracked. I will advise you to avoid Juno.
