No contact. Very rude receptionist. No anwser for emails for weeks. Absolutely rubbish. Never again. Do not even try if you want sleep well.

The company kept advising they had yet to receive an information pack from the managing agents if the flat I am selling and when I contacted the managing agents directly to see what the hold up was, it was because the Solicitors had not yet paid the fee or requested the information over a month after I had transferred the money for the information pack to them!
