This company are completely disorganised, don't communicate properly, don't respond to e-mails or voicemail messages. They don't care about there customers at all. There is a low level of technical expertise. Customer satisfaction if of NO interest. I strongly recommend that you remove them from your website. I wish I had never used your website to select my conveyancer. Brian Patient

Excellent in breaking down the costs and explaining the process - as first-time buyers it was really reassuring and helpful. Customer service is really good - always polite and nothing is too much trouble.

I liked being able to check progress online. Robert was easily contactable and dealt with all issues that arose in good time. I would recommend the company to friends and family.

they agreed a price & promised the work could be completed before the original completion date.....they failed to deliver on price or deadline. The conveyancer admitted she was too busy to read e-mails !!! she failed to chase up other party to ensure timescale was maintained. basically we wanted no searches. I would have been better doing this myself. My conveyancer admitted she had to have legal team to check contract. therefore what qualifications did she have?
