they agreed a price & promised the work could be completed before the original completion date.....they failed to deliver on price or deadline. The conveyancer admitted she was too busy to read e-mails !!! she failed to chase up other party to ensure timescale was maintained. basically we wanted no searches. I would have been better doing this myself. My conveyancer admitted she had to have legal team to check contract. therefore what qualifications did she have?

If you want a direct telephone line to your conveyancer, and/or prompt replies to correspondence, this is not the company for you. For this reason, I would not employ them again.

They are fantastic, they never made me feel any question was trivial and answered all my queries promptly. The whole process only took 4 weeks from start to finish.
