The process of sending documents is easy, communication via the portal was great, no complaints at all. Thank you for making this process so much easier for us! (£100's cheaper than high street solicitors too)

Had to chase on occasions to get things moving with buyers solicitors but did a good job at a good price. Extra work was expensive in comparison to overall conveyancing cost

This company is the best I have ever used (12 house sales/purchases in less than 50 years). Clear concise instructions regularly submitted on the private internet site provided for our use. The journal lists every single transaction and outcome be it by telephone , letter, email or personal conversation. There was always someone available to answer any queries we had by telephone or email. If our buyer and onward vendor had used them instead of their slow to respond traditional solicitors, the sale and purchase would have been completed at least 4 weeks quicker!
