I was contacted promptly and staying in touch was easy by text and phone. The men were fantastic loading the furniture, some of which required some tricky dismantling. They arrived on time to load in Fife on a Friday afternoon and the delivery was punctual in the south-east of England on the following Monday. Everyone was very efficient, friendly and helpful. Thank you very much! Some glass shelves and one other small item did get lost but found subsequently, and I was assured that they would all be delivered in due course, perhaps before too long.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Phoned me day after I'd filled in form online, arranged home visit where I was advised how many boxes I'd need as I didn't have a clue...wardrobe box service on day of removal provided free of charge. Phone call day before move to confirm when I wanted removal team to arrive. On day of move team of three great lads arrived on time. Very friendly. Moved all my stuff down three flights of stairs in a tenement in no time and same at other end. Dismantled my leather furniture and packed in protective bags then set up at other end. Furniture put where I wanted. No damage or breakages at all. Made my move totally stress and hassle free. First class service. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Lowe's Logistics were fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Communication was great leading up to the moving date. On the day, the guys were there bright and early, right on time, and were really professional and courteous. They worked efficiently and carefully, and we were completely moved into our new house by 10.30am! Couldn't be happier.

Overall great service. Slightly under-estimated the amount to be moved and as such had to take some items in car as their vehicle was not big enough. However the guys worked like dogs all day, took good care of our stuff and despite the higher than estimated load honoured their quote. Very impressed and would heartily recommend.

Even although a pre-removal survey was done by a Lowes employee, they still sent a far too small vehicle for the job. When made aware off this they refused to send a larger vehicle and so the move had to be done in two runs. This resulted in our having to leave many of our possessions on our neighbour's drive for hours, waiting on the vehicle coming back for a second run. Having royally screwed up our move, Lowe's then had the audacity to charge us 30 minutes demurrage because we were held up by a police road closure on the way to our new home. All in all working with Lowe's Logistics has not been a pleasant experience, and I would certainly recommend anyone reading these reviews to think carefully before choosing them to carry out your removal. You have been warned!

Hi, Thank you for providing us with your feedback which we have taken on board and will use to grow as a company. I along with the company director himself have directly apologised to you for your poor experience. This was an isolated incident. In terms of us refusing to send you another vehicle this wasn't the case, all of our vehicles had already been assigned elsewhere, we didn't have anything else to give you otherwise we would of done straight away. We have no record of a demurrage charge coming into us from that day, however we still offered you a refund for this. Again we apologise for your experience and wish you all the best in your new home.

I chose this company based on reviews on this website and the professionalism of the person providing the quote, however when we ran into a problem on moving day they washed their hands of any responsibility and customer service was non existent. Despite their estimator having visited the house, seen the furniture and been made aware of an issue getting the sofa into the house, on moving day they couldn't get the sofa out of the door, finding the only solution was to put a hole in the wall opposite. Managers (who were called in) refused to do anything before we signed a disclaimer to say they weren't liable for damage and we had to cover the cost. Given we had paid up front (as in their terms & conditions), they explained our choices were to sign the disclaimer or leave the sofa behind. I suggested they take responsibility for not having assessed the job correctly to begin with, which they did not. I suggested we meet half way on the cost of repair, which they refused to do. We had no option to sign and proceed, leaving a huge hole in the wall which we now have to pay for. In addition the job was woefully under-resourced with only two (very hard working) guys moving all the stuff from our three bedroom house. We ended up having to move our belongings from the shed to the van ourselves as our buyers were waiting at the door. Those guys worked solidly from 9am until 8pm not even stopping for tea at the new house despite repeated offers. In short you expect a removal company to move your belongings safely and efficiently with no damage and without having to move items they said they would take. Lowe's fell short on all of this and I think anyone would be daft to consider them for a move.

Thank you for your feedback. I agree that the issue with the couch was a major factor of this move not going as smoothly as we would of liked, however, in my opinion you were fully aware that the couch had problems when coming into the property and that a hole was made in the wall in order to get the couch in. Even with another removal company waiting to move their customers into the property they weren't sure on how to get the couch out short of making a hole in the wall. In a situation like this a disclaimer is always necessary and I'm sure other removal companies follow the same procedure. As you refer to our terms and conditions, they state that the removal must be paid upfront or on the day of the removal, we do not suggest to anyone how and when they should pay for their removal. Although we fully appreciated the fact that you lent us a helping hand we did not request for you to move your goods so I feel that comment is unjustified. In regards to you saying people would be "daft" to hire us, we have completed 100's of removals without anything going wrong, I do not think it is fair for you to suggest otherwise.
