Easy to deal with during quote process, quick communication.
Removal guys themselves fast, efficient and polite. Took excellent care of all the items.

Craig was aggressive and rude and only interested in getting his money despite not all my items being delivered, the drivers were 3 hours late arriving and didn’t finish unloading until 9pm. Not a service I would have chosen and definitely not worth the money. Use someone else!
I’m sorry that you felt this way, but as you were well informed at the time that there was a very serious accident on the M5 which had caused the massive delay getting to you. We kept you updated were very apologetic about the timing despite this not being a fault that we could not have avoided, this is also why the movers never finished until 9pm on that day.
With regards to payment and Craig’s manner he was not aggressive just simply asking you for payment as normally we would always receive payment on the day of the move, but could not get in contact with you for 3 days after.

I felt the the amount of bubble wrap included was very meagre and the boxes were not especially sturdy. We received 1 roll of wrap (which wasn't good quality) of approximately 18" wide by possibly 30 meters, and 30 boxes. I bought some much better quality boxes that made me feel more confident that they would not collapse. I also felt different size boxes would have been more appropriate,to avoid over packing and making them too heavy. The men were very efficient and worked quickly and carefully.

I couldn't recommend these guys more! Nothing was too much trouble (even when we asked them to come back a second time to pick up our bed and sofa so we could have them for the night!). They were so friendly and made the whole experience completely hassle free.

Booked and took deposit, I had toui case to get boxes constantly, refused to return calls or emails then 2 days before they cancled, i would sugest no one uses this firm at all ever,
I am sorry you felt this way, but unfortunately we are at very busy time of year and we did return your calls once we received the call backs and we also returned your emails answering any question or queries you had of which we have a record of.
We provided you with a very large number of boxes (over what is normally provided for your size house), bubble wrap and tape, which you have had free of charge.
It was very unfortunate, that we had come across a problem with one of our vehicles breaking down 2 days before you were due to move, of which we contacted you straightaway to inform you of this and to give you the opportunity to get another company arranged in time. I'm sorry you think this was not good enough, but this was completely out of our control, our vehicles are kept up together and are regularly serviced and looked after to avoid anything like this happening of which it ever does, but on this occasion there was nothing we could do about it.
With regards to your deposit we have fully refunded your deposit and have expressed our deepest apologies that you have experienced this.
