Really good survey. Good, detailed report which usefully included prices for remedial works where needed. Andrew also showed me around the property at the end of the survey, pointing out the major issues. He also spent time with me on the phone discussing the survey report. Would use him again.

I wanted a surveyor to help settle some concerns I had about a property and I thought Andrew did a fantastic job. His report was thorough, detailed and included breakdowns of costs which I was able to use to knock more than £3,000 off the asking price. He highlighted several problems including a potential structural problem which the mortgage valuation had ignored and he took the time to go through the report with me in detail over the phone, which gave me the confidence to challenge the seller and the estate agent and to know when to walk away from the house, which I eventually did. The survey wasn't the cheapest of the quotes but I feel that I definitely made the right choice, it was money well spent and I would recommend him to a friend.

Andrew was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He wrote a comprehensive and detailed report, which proved very useful and enabled us to negotiate a good reduction to our offer price. Andrew's extensive knowledge and experience inspired much confidence as we discussed matters for attention prior to his survey, and afterwards he was prepared to explain his findings over the phone to me at some length before he completed the report. I was kept up to date on the process and felt he delivered an excellent service. I would recommend Andrew's services to my family and friends.
