Very prompt response, professional and polite

Andrew is a friendly surveyor. He seems to also do a good job (not that I'd know, as I haven't used any other surveyors). He was happy to give lots of verbal feedback, and spent about 40 mins personally showing me all the issues he had found in the property. The only improvement I can think of is that his report could be more professional looking. However this is only a cosmetic issue.

Andrew replied to my query very quickly, and sent me examples of the sort of survey I'd receive, which was very useful. He arranged the survey with the estate agent, and it was done as quickly as I'd asked. He sent a brief resume of the report before the final copy, and was happy to talk through the findings to ensure I understood what really needed attention. Only one small niggle and that was that I didn't get the report quite as quickly as I'd expected.

Andrew's service was highly professional in terms of quality of product and of reliability and efficiency . He also provided me with a DVD in addition to the e mailed and snail mailed report which I hadn't expected and which is a super idea. Finally, he offered to be available to speak with after the move . should I have any further queries later on. This was very reassuring and I would recommend his services to anyone.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Mclaren he was extremely professional and always made sure that he was carrying out everything that we required. The most exceptional thing was that even after we had paid him for the report he was there to help us when our Building Society wanted more information not on one occasion but two. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who needed a Surveyor because nothing was too much trouble which in today’s market is a breath of fresh air. Very pleased. Andrew provided me a quote within 10 mins of me submitting the request. The price he quoted was the best and didn't change. He responded to emails and phone calls very quickly and gave an excellent overview of the service he provides. After visiting the property we are purchasing, he emailed a comprehensive survey report within 4 working days as originally promised. It was of a very good standard and there was lots of information in there, easy to understand and gave me confidence that the property we are buying is worth the price. Overall I'm very happy with the service and value for money provded by Andrew and would definitely recommend him.

Andrew was very very helpful. This was a very old cottage with lots of issues and I actually met him there on the day he did the survey. He explained everything and advised on various options. His report arrived quickly and was incredibly thorough. Unfortunately the purchase did not go through, however, I would most definitely use his services again.
