I elected for the Homebuyer Survey as the property surveyed is approximately 4 years old. I was very pleased with the professional way in which I was treated and the clear and concise and informative manner in which the final Survey draft was presented to me when completed. It was by far the cheapest quote I received compared to others suggested by reallymoving.com for the Homebuyer Survey. Furthermore Hugh James Surveyors Ltd are very local to me. Thanks to Scott Oke who completed the task for me.

Becky did a great job in handling our case, informative and professional throughout. We would have like to have seen the recommendations categorised on the survey, for example separated into low, medium and high priority tasks.

Not Happy as he took his 2 young children with him to do the survey!!!!!

It is not normal practice, however, due to unforeseen circumstance during the school holidays, it was too late on the morning of the survey to reschedule the appointment without causing unnecessary disruption/delay to all related parties concerned. Prior to attending the property, we carried out a risk assessment of the subject flat and upon arrival, the surveyor told vendor that he had brought his children and questioned whether it was convenient to proceed. The vendor acknowledged and was happy for the surveyor to carry out the inspection. Survey was carried out with necessary due diligence and there was no impact on the outcome of the survey report.
