I'm really pleased with the service from L&C surveyors. Marie was extremely accommodating to my needs, especially as I had to keep delaying my survey for various reasons. It was never a problem. Also, when the survey took place, I needed to get the report quicker than usual due to timings and both Marie and the surveyor, John, were understanding of my needs and fast-tracked the survey so I could complete on my purchase. Great customer service and highly recommended.

Excellent and easy to use website generating quotes catered to our individual situation. We decided on London & County based on price and Trust Pilot reviews, which were clearly displayed. Marie answered queries within 24 hours and her communication was fantastic. We received the Building Survey ahead of schedule and it was detailed, easy to read and informative and it helped us to renegotiate the price of our property!

Professional organisation; quick to book in my survey and made sure to get it completed quickly as requested. Detailed report with clear descriptions gave me confidence that surveyor had been thorough. Slight clerical mistake on copy of report first given to me but was quickly rectified the same day after I notified them. Cheapest quote I found but service couldn't have been better.
