Excellent service. Prompt replies. Upgraded to full building survey after taking further advice without any hassle. Timescale for survey was less than two weeks from initial request. Informed when booking confirmed, when survey completed, telephone call when survey report was emailed, follow up phonecall to ensure I was happy with everything and were happy for me to contact them if I had any queries or concerns or needed any explanations.

Really impressed, I received a date they would carry out the survey immediately after booking & they also advised me when the report would be ready. The whole process was very smooth.
