Gregory Residential Ltd is a well-established, independent company of Chartered Surveyors and Valuers. Established in 1992 and based in Blaby, we specialise in providing surveys for home buyers in the areas of Coventry, Leicester and Nottingham.

All inspections are carried out by Kevin Gregory FRICS FNAEA DIPHI personally, having over 25 years post qualification experience of the local property market and the surveying industry.

So impressed by the professionalism and competence of Gregory Residential. We needed specific things to be included within our valuation and they were more than happy to accommodate at no additional cost! Conacted the company, was told that the earliest they could do was the following week (which while I had hoped it would be quicker I could live with). They then contacted the sellers estate agent and the first date they offered was a further week after that! Lucky I wasn't in a hurry! We had a full structural survey (due to major extension) and a lot of the responses seemed to be standard text rather than specific to the property. Overall quite dissappointed.

Sorry about your disappointment however you asked us to carry out this job on Tuesday 13th and at the time we were booking a week or so ahead due to demand for our reports and advised you of this. We then found it difficult to contact the vendors and once we had spoken to them by that time the earliest we had available and they could arrange for someone to give access was 28th May after the Bank Holiday. I submitted the report promptly within our stated turnaround and then responded in detail to your email queries on 5th June. The report itself was tailored to the specific property so I am puzzled by your standard text comment as I have only carried out this one job for you. At no time have you voiced any dissatisfaction direct to me regarding time taken or the content of the report so to submit negative feedback simply seems an unfair action on your part.
