Located in north-east Worcestershire and 15 miles south of Birmingham, Redditch is an ideal place to live. Whether wanting to travel into Birmingham, or be close to the country with all the facilities a town offers, Redditch offers both. A prosperous town, both Halfords and Engineering Company GKN have their Headquarters there, and the town as a whole has done remarkably well considering industrial decline to hit the West Midlands to the North.

The actual settlement of Redditch has been around for centuries, and therefore the town has a real mix of houses from different ages. Some stretch back to a pre-Edwardian era, whilst many were built in the second half of the 20th century. This means the Chartered Surveyors in the area are well versed with dealing with a number of different survey requests. Reallymoving recommends either a HomeBuyer Report, usually for more modern properties, or a Building Survey, used for older property which may need a more extensive look at.

Whichever you choose, reallymoving can help you find the right Chartered Surveyor for you by giving you up to 4 to pick from, so you can find the best one to suit your budget and needs. With us you can be well on your way to moving, and could even start exploring the local area. Whether going to the Arrow Valley Country Park, or having a night out at the Palace Theatre, there is plenty to do.
