Worcester Park is a very affluent area in South West London, and one of the nicest suburban towns to live in. Surrounded by green open spaces and bordering the Surrey countryside to the south, Worcester park also has great transport links into the centre of the capital, and is also very near some of London’s famous landmarks, including Hampton Court Palace and Wimbledon.
With some very old historic buildings in the town, as well as newer ones built as London expanded in the 20th century, the surveyors in the area are used to carrying out a number of surveys regardless of the age of the properties. Our Chartered Surveyors can offer a standard HomeBuyer Report as well as a more extensive, comprehensive Building Survey, which is probably more suited for old homes where the internal structure, wiring and piping needs to be checked.
Although expensive, surveyors are definitely worth hiring. According to the RICS, 1 in 5 people who did not get a Chartered Surveyor when buying a house now regret buying their property, so with odds like that it is definitely worth getting a surveyor despite the cost. With reallymoving you’ll be able to save time and even money, and hopefully will be moving into the area in no time at all.
