At first everything went very smoothly. However communication between our solicitor and the sellers was non existent. Our solicitor told us we'd be ready move one week and then everything would change.

We thought we would be using this company but then it pushed us onto another firm premier property lawyers who were the one who did the work so it was a slightly confusing switch.
