Louise was fantastic through the entire process. She explained everything very clearly at every step of the way and was very efficient and clear with all paperwork. The portal was easy to navigate and enabled us to monitor progress at every stage of the process. we will be using this firm again (and hopefully Louise) for when we next need a conveyancer!
