Was advised that I would have my deposit returned, 6 weeks later I am now about to chase. Not great!

Everything was done on time but I would have preferred more diligence in checking details early, as lots of important things were not checked until the last minute. I would also like more transparency on the fees that ended up being significantly more than originally quoted.

I liked the use of the online portal for uploading and viewing documents. This made the process a lot easier. Also my case handler was very efficient with responding to email and phone queries, which helped move things along quicker.

We found Beaumont Legal / Legal Zoom to be convenient and easy to use. A lot of it could be done online, which simplified things for us. Our main contact was Bina, but we dealt with many members of staff over the phone and they were always extremely friendly and helpful.

They were unprofessional, refused to help me with queries, would not challenge the buyers solicitors etc

Thank you for your feedback. We can see that this matter completed in just over a month and that there was also a related purchase being handled by another solicitor. However, we do appreciate that it can be stressful when dealing with other parties in a chain and delays, sometimes out of our control, can be frustrating. We have passed this feedback on to the team involved.

Had to push along, probably wouldn't have completed by now. The online portal wasn't used, uploaded files but were often not checked, and the progress tracker wasn't used, so no visability of progress. The case handler was fine and polite, but often didn't feeling they were on top of the case (i had to rrpeat things such as source of deposit). Probably had too many other cases on their hands. Felt that there were many things that could have been done in parallel that were done sequentially, stretching out the process. I found the use of time inefficient.

Would have been better to know full price before hand. Didnt get told full details about help to buy ISA so delayed things slightly

I am really impressed with the online system they have which makes it easy to fill out all the necessary information in your own time and also provides you with updates on the purchase. We also had a contact solicitor who handled our case so if we had any questions we could call or email him and he would reply really quickly. Very impressed with the service for the price and so glad I found reallymoving.com as we would have ended up paying nearly double.
