first class service form point of contact ill end of sale ,even though i am in Glasgow and they are over 30 miles away i was kept up to date with all information, a very easy stress free sale

A final cost approximately 50 % higher than the online quote was very disappointing. Would not recommend purely on this alone.
Firstly, we would like to apologise for the mix up that seems to have occurred. Our fee breakdown was issued at the start of the process and this was never queried/questioned by Mr Chalmers. If this had been brought to our attention it would have given us the opportunity to look into this matter and rectify but were not given the chance to do so.
